2003 Buick Lasabra Cuts Off While Idling

fuel pump pressure good and put in new filter

Try spraying carburetor cleaner into the throttle body while the car is running. Have a friend rev it up a little while you do it, so it doesn't stall. Just be sure to spray the carb cleaner from arm's length, in case of a backfire. 

It could also be the throttle postion sensor, which is in the throttle body. Spraying carb cleaner may straighten that out if it is dirty. If not, replace the TPS and see if that helps.
