High Beams
I have a 1999 Buick Regal the low Beam on my head light work but mt High beams don't. Sometimes my front turn Light do not work either. and my fuel gauge does not work. why

Hello,
I am not sure about the malfunction with fuel gauge and turn indicators. But you have to get Head Light of your car replaced with new one in order to fix the issue with High Beam.
Generally head light uses a common source(bulb) which acts as both low beam or high beam. There is a spoon shaped object present near the filament which converts high beam to low.
