Fuse Box For Horn And A/c

horn and air conditioner do not work on 1999 buick regal ls bad fuse?

Most likely a blown fuse. The main fuse box engine compartment near battery, your vehicle also has an interior fuse box, this fuse box is usually located on the sides of the dash either on the pasenger side or the drivers side. It could also be located under the dash on either side. Some of these buicks also had fuse boxes under the rear seat, I dont think this model has this fuse box, I believe it was the bigger model Buick vehicles,LaSabre,etc. I did some quick research and found that the fuse boxes shoud be located on either sides of the dash,you wont be able to remove the panels from the sides of the dash with the doors closed, you will have to open them to remove panels and gain access to these. The photos below will give you an idea of the blocks layoyts.
