1999 Buick Lesabre Heater Blower Stays On Even When Ignition Is Off.

My 1999 Buick LeSabre heater/ac blower is stuck on high. It continues to run even after car is turned off, and runs down my battery. For years it has not worked on high, and now it is stuck. I need to know what I need to do, and where the relay box is located in my car. I already checked the main fuses under the drivers side of car. They are all in working order........ Please Help!!!!
