This is a common problem with this year model. You will need to unsnap the dash bezel around the cluster and remove the 7mm screws that attach the cluster to the carrier. Pull the cluster out and find the snap that connects the harness to the center. This is where the problem is. You will need to re-snap the connector to the cluster firmly. Sometimes may be necessary to wrap a piece of fine tape on the outer perimeter of the harness plug to firm up the connection. Good luck
