Vats Bypass Module

I bought a vats bypass module with instructions that doesnt seem to be compatible with my car. For example, connect white wire Vats fuel enable wire (circuit 229) usually a dark blue wire at the PCM,usually found on pin25 or 30 or 55 or70.?????? Where do I find those numbers. Thanks
