Ultra Supercharged. Hard Shift Slow Accel.

Hi my car is accelling painfully slow like enough to where when I'm going from a stop other cars get mad. It's also shifting hard and not shifting to 3rd until 47 mph (my car is foreign I guess) then kick up to 4th at 53 mph. My rpms are normally between 15 when in motion and 20 when acceling. It's running almost double or minimum of 25 to 30 rpm until my car hits fourth gear then it's like nothing is wrong an it stays at 15 rpm until I hit 63 mph an it slowly starts climbing again. Since I'm obviously below 4th gear a lot it's making my car run a bit hotter. It's shifting hard too. I used a code checker plugged it in an manually took down the codes it's mainly sticking to ecm, sensors, throttle, and oxygen. I just cleaned the maf sensor earlier but one side of the hot wires didn't return silver half did but the other side of the higher wire turned almost white? I'm going to flush the transmission next even though none of the codes said tranny. Then check out the cat converter. Then change the maf sensor. I tried to see or feel if there was a hose leak because when I got the flywheel put on they forgot to put a vacuum back on an it did the same thing but they look fine. I have 2 little girls and not enough money to pour in it. It did sit for 7+ month a couple years ago cause it was illegal but I'd just got a tune up and replaced the flyeheel in March of 2013 then it went illegal from August to March or April. My tranny fluid is high even though I've never touched it. I need to do an oil change pretty bad. My radiator was a bit full too. If I put it in park and rev it high it back fires. I unplugged the maf sensor and drove without it as advice it made no difference except that I think it's what made the shift kick hard after I unhooked it an put it back. I'm sorry this is long just trying to give as much info as I can think to help somebody answer this. Thank you in advance.
