93 Buick Century Special 3.3 V6

does this car have an egr valve? and if so wheres it locatex? ive failed emissions. now its idling rough and shifting wierd i replaced 02 sensor,tps,and 15amp fuse was blown in relay i guess for fuel pump? still runs same when i put it in gear it stalls 2 mechanics tokd me 2 things 1 said yes it has an egr valve the other said no it has an egr solenoid thank you
