Browning Web-sites Don't Actually Have Any Bar Parts.

I have a Browning BAR Mark II and need some internal parts for it. I've contacted several web-sites and received the same message: "We don't have BAR Mark II parts" even though they say they do in their ads. The Belgium web-site doesn't even issue an e-mail address. How can customers deal with a company that doesn't even supply parts?Bruce Crabtree

Sorry to say, companies' failure to make parts available is common. I've appended extended U.S. contact information for Browning to the bottom of this information.

If you can't get the part from the manufacturer you should at least be able to obtain the part number. Then if necessary you can try the following:

Contact local parts dealers, who might be able to supply or maybe fix the part
Enter your part number in a search engine like Google or Yahoo
Try eBay--search with the part number
Take the part to an appliance technician, who might possibly be able to fix the part
Contact refurbishing companies, especially for circuit boards
Consider other sources such as www.grainger.com for motors, capacitors, etc.
