My Typewriter Is Typing All The Wrong Letters. Very Strange Letters. Help!!

Why is my brother Typewriter typing the wrong letters?
If the unit is printing the wrong characters in the Word processing MODE, you may have a damaged disk. Press the TW/WP key for the Typewriter MODE. ... If the unit still prints incorrectly in the Typewriter Mode, You could possibly have a damaged daisywheel.
