Nothing Happens When I Press Function

1. Make sure that the printer is turned on.
2. Make sure that both ends of the USB cable are correctly inserted into the computer and the printer.
3. If you are using P-touch Editor Lite (PT-1230PC/PT-2430PC/PT-P700/PT-P750W, QL-700), make sure that the Editor Lite mode is disabled/Off.

1. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the USB cable at both ends.
2. Disconnect the printer and the computer and reconnect them.
3. Try another USB port if available.
4. If you are using a USB hub or other type of pass thru device, the printer may not be correctly detecting the device.
5. Please remove the device and connect the printers USB cable directly to the computer.
6. Use a USB cable no longer than 6 feet long (2 meters).
7. If you are using a network model, make sure that you have not accidentally connected the USB cable to the LAN port instead of the USB port.

For PT-1230PC/PT-2430PC users

Make sure that you move the mode selector switch on the back of the P-touch labeler to the "E" position.

For QL-700/PT-P700/PT-P750W users

If the Editor Lite lamp is lit, press and hold down the Editor Lite button until the Editor Lite lamp turns off. More information here: http://goo.gl/H6gp6o
