Amp Output

I installed the MGR350B on my boat everything was working well prior to the head unit swap. Now my tower speakers connected to the amp are not working. Everything else works fine. I've tried to connect the amp to both output RCA plus on the head unit but nothings happened. I tested the tower speakers- works fine. Amp has power and not on safe mode. is there a setting to enable amp out put from the head unit? I wonder if the amp output channels are out or the head unit output do t work.
