Hey I Have The Same Issue I Have A 6 Pin Plug On Mine. I Used This Thing One
all day. One particular time I stopped turned my four wheeler off then immediately turned the key back on to listen to music. I believe I shorted it out by surging the system. I've had nothing but problems getting a new one from BOSS they keep telling me they are out of them. This has been going on for over a month now. I've given up on them sending me one.

:( you may want to resort to a similar model instead of giving up as companies are too much in coming up with newer and improved model often that getting a replacement becomes a hassle at time.
