Light Keeps Flashing On Battery Charger Will This Damage Battery

just bought qc3 headphones on gumtree when charging red light keeds flashing.will i be able to charge battery or will this damage battery

The lights flashing in issues related with batteries normally are that the batery is switching on and off from the energetic source, must be something wrong with the cable, and it may demage the battery in long run but , as you sayed you just bough may be normal for the first chargment problably.
