E 12 Error Five Times Before Load Is Done!!! Vision 300.

e12 code over and over. Plenty of water pressure. Iron in water though. Cleaned filter area. Leveled machine. Ran five gallons of water through hose.same situation. On hot cycle machine made it to the end of cycle before e12 error. Help
