My Dishes Are Not Getting Clean, A Film And Gritty Substance Is Left All Over.

My dishes are not getting clean, I have rinsed prior, cleaned the trap out below and still have gritty substance all over dishes.  I have ran dishes twice trying to get them clean and end up with the same results.  I am using one Dish washing tablet and I also have a cleaning agent loaded in the Unit.
