My Express Wash Used To Be 30 Minutes, Now It Is Set To 1 Hour. How Change Back

My express wash used to be 30 minutes, now it is set to 1 hour. How do I change it back to 30 minutes? Do I need to reset the dishwasher back to factory settings? How would I do that. Please advise. Thank you.
