The Icons On My Machine Mean Technical Fault.

the icons on my machine mean technical fault. I turn off and restarted as instructed on the Remedial action but icons won't go away. what is wrong with my machine?

You're right that if the manufacturer's instructions don't work, the machine is defective. Assuming it's past the retailer's return period you need to invoke the manufacturer's warranty if it's still in effect--or if not you'll need to obtain professional service.
