My Control Board Screen Is Not Turning On!

Hey guys,I have a provkem with my control screen not turning on. Its blank even though power is running through the stove top. I followed the power thought the relays and compactors with a voltage meter and found c23 spot not showing any power could this be the problem or could it be something else?

If the display does not function when a cooking area is heating up, disconnect the circuit breaker from the fuse box. Contact an authorized servicer.
