Freezer Portion Not Working Properly.

Previously the freezer ice was melting although the freezer stayed cold. Now the freezer is failing to keep items frozen

Make sure the fridge is plugged in to a working outlet and is switched on, and the thermostat is set to a cold temperature setting. Additionally check to make sure the air vents in the compartment are not obstructed.
