Cannot Register For Boost Mobile Free Phone Ringtones. Site Keeps Finding

Site will not accept password(changed twice)would not recognize e-mail,then wo uld not accept word recognition. Always something wrong. Been trying to register for over an hour-close to two. Is something wrong with site?
