Phone Wont Let Me Make Calls

I just got my boot mobile phone tooday. I got it activated and put $50 card on it. But when i got home and tried to make calls it wouldnt work. It keeps saying that there is no money in my account?

Go to boostmobile.com

Go to my account register if have not done so.

Try to enter the minutes again on your phone

Online you can check and see if it registered to your account and is pending

If it didn't and will not let you add it again then you will need to contact customer care
