Phone Update Ruined My Phone

About a year ago i purchased the warp sequent and it worked just great... i received a little green robot on the screen that told me my phone was ready for a system update... for some reason i updated the phone and now my phone has gone completly downhill... my dialer was gone, i cant receive picture messages or anything... what do i do?

you can take it back to the phone specialty store and they can remove the update o they can reset our hone back to factory specs
