All Incoming Calls Seem To Be Blocked How Can I Unblock Them

I have a kyocera hydro and for some reason all incoming calls are blocked although they do go to my voice mail how can i unblock the calls?

You might have enabled the blocking mode feature. You can disable it by going to settings > my device > blocking mode
