Bad battery! Even if your charger has a light and says it's charging your phone the chances are it is not getting a full charge!

Change your charger and even the wall outlet you normally use and If that doesn't do it get a new battery. Battery Source lets you try a new battery first before buying it so your not wasting money if it's not the problem.
