there is not one way to do this and it is not phone specific this is for the jelly bean os for an adroid phone

Start on your home screen. Go to Phone >> Menu >> Call settings >> Call rejections >> Auto reject list.

Block specific numbers. To block one phone number or existing contact at a time, select the Createoption and then enter the number or contact you wish to block.

When you are finished, press Done to save the changes.

Open up the Contacts app.Select the user you want to block.

If the number isn't already saved as a contact, do that now. We recommend putting a "Z" or number "0-9" at the beginning of the name so that it will show up at the bottom of your contact list.
