Zte Warp Cant Receive Calls,all Go Straight To Voicemail.

I cant recieve any calls, when someone calls it gos straight to voicemail. i also cant send any picture mail,in which i was able to send before. can anyone help,how do i refresh the phone.

Check your voicemail settings and make sure it isn't set up for calls to be directed automatically to voicemail. If they are, then change the setting and you should be good to go as far as calls go. That's what that problem sounds like to me.

As for pictures, it might be that the phone you're trying to send them to can't accept them or can't accept the size of them. Try reducing the size to mms size pictures and sending that way. If it still doesn't work, try checking to see if data is enabled. If all is well, try turning your phone off, removing your battery for a couple of minutes, then putting it back in and rebooting, then try to send. If you're still unable to send picture messages, call your cell phone service provider's customer tech support and they should be able to walk you through any additional steps to get your phone working properly again.
