My Zte Max N9520 keeps vibrating and the screen wont turn on? What can i do to fix it?

Start off with a hard reset ad per the guide here http://www.hardreset.info/devices/zte/zte-boost-max/ If that fails, proceed to reloading its ROM or firmware afresh.
