Why Wont My Phone Stop Vibrating

I dropped my LG Realm into the toilet and took out as soon as i could. I rinsed it off and it was fine. Until 30 minutes ago when it started to vibrate uncontrollably. What do i do??

It sounds like the vibration motor is shorted out due to the water damage. Unfortunately I think your only option would be to buy a new phone.
