Voicemail Setup Boostmobile

I have had my phone for two weeks now and still can not access my voicemail. I have called and called and all I get is instructions from a message. One meesage says to push 1 and wait for the prompt and another answer is dial you 10 dgit phone number and follow the prompts. Is there a way to speak with a live person. Please help

Call the customer service number on the Boost Mobile site, should be 1-866-402-7366. Don't try to use the option menu, it's really circular and not helpful at all. Once the automated menu starts, press 5, then 2, then 4. They'll give you some basic info, just listen, then wait. After a few seconds they will ask if you want to "chat with a customer care representative". Press the number, it should be zero. Then they will verify your phone number. Then they will list off a bunch ofinformation about your account. This is where you have to be patient and wait it out. When done, they will ask if you want "to continue without any more information". Press that number. They will have you verify your pin, then they'll get someone on the line. Finally, a person who can help. You may have to call back again to make sure everything works right, but they will help.
