To Set Sounds And Alert Options

I HAVE A SAMSUNG GALAXY PREVAIL. AND I'M NOT ABLE TO SET THE SOUNDS AND ALERT OPTION. I DON'T THINK IT COME WITH IT. IT ONLY LETS KNOW WITH ONE SOUND,WHEN MISS A CALL OR MESSAGE AND THATS IT.IT DOES NOT ALERT YOU EVERY 5 MINUTES ,THAT YOU MISSED A CALL.
