Bottom Row Of Buttons Not Working

I just did a master reset on my phone to get the back, home, mail and settings icons to work again and it did not work. What else can I do?

Hi. It sounds much like hardware failures than software - I would suggest you have the phone'a mainboard flushed with methylated spirits just in case there's presence of foreign metals on it and now causing the malfunction. You may sadly have to have the mainboard replaced in the extreme.
