I Have A Phone That's Active But Locked And Can't Use Please Help

How can I speak to someone after hours for my boost mobile phone My phone is locked and I can't unlock it I have tried every different way I can think of and nothing has worked I need technical support asap Please help me My phone is activated and has service I am using someone else's phone and email address So again please help me Thank you
