My Phone Keeps Shutting Off And Back On And Wont Let Me Do Anything At All

It keeps goin on and off while I try to on it and it won't let me it has been doing this since yesterday and wont stop I gace done every yhing possible to try and get it to work butbit wont let me at all

Hi, please try to hard reset it, if it persist then you will have to flash the system. Please provide us with your phone make and model number for steps.
