I Live In Macclenny,fl And I Have Been Without Service For Two Days Now!

can you tell me what is going on with the phone service here in Macclenny,Fl? my cell number is I use this as my business number also. I have missed out on alot of business yesterday already with not having a working service...Please tell me that it's not gonna be out all day again today!?!?
