Why My Kyocera Phone Doesn't Ring?

Well I'm missing phone calls cause I cannot hear the phone tried everything n the setting even a hard reset

Go to settings> sounds then volume to check if ringtone volume is not on zero and adjust your volume. press the back button and then unmark silent mode and put vibration to always.

if still not ringing then you will have to hard reset your phone' not working again then the loud speaker should be replaced
