Just Got The Evo 4g Design And Im Having Screen Issues While In A Call.

When someone calls me or i call them the screen goes black after connecting then will not come back on for me to use the keypad or hang up i have to wait for the other person to hang up or i have to take my battery out just to end the call. is there a setting to change this or should i just return the phone??
