Iam Still Having Problems With 2 Boost Phones

i have called over and over again for 4 days about mine and my husbands i465 clutch phones.. i got a free month of service for both phones i was also offered to be sent 2 replacement phones that u have a stock.. iam asking if there is a way that i could have u do that now?
