Hi. What exactly has to be done will depend on the kind of device you have. The possible causes may be but not limited to:

Corrupt cache on the phone app
Corrupt phone system/firmware files - a hard reset may be necessary
An account glitch on your wireless provider's side - you will have to contact Boost Mobile's CS
