Go into your settings and do a master reset. It's called the Factory Data Reset.

Be warned!! It WILL delete everything off your phone (apps, text messages, phone call log), but after it has reset itself, you should be able to use your phone, again, and redownload your apps. Whatever is on your SD card will NOT be deleted (pictures, music, videos, etc...) Good luck!! Hope this helps!!
