Google Play Is Not Letting Me Sign In To Download Anything

my Google play will not load so I can download anything how can I get in to it so I can download it keeps saying retry and it's saying I'm signed in

Hi. Go to Setting > Apps > All > Play Store > Clear data... then try the Play Store app again.

You can also clear data from the 'Google Play Services' app in the same manner. Let us know if the issue persist
