Can't Get To Emails, Secondary # Rings Diff. Person

recently bought boost phone. when i try and dial my phone number to hear voice mails, i get a busy. under phone info there is a second number msid-------- which goes to a different persons voicemail. it's impossible to reach a live person at boost. all tips appreciated.
