Boost mobile is not having a separate number for technical support team they had genereal support team number is 1-866-402-7366.

They do have a number you can eventually reach a live person on. Here's the number and the instructions:
1(888)266-7848
1) wait for the message to go to english (if spanish is your dominant language, then press 5).
2) Press 5
3) Press 2
4) Wait through all the menu options, wait a few seconds, then press 0
5) press 2

I think they will tell you about your account (how much money is on it, etc...) you keep pressing buttons (to answer yes or no) and then you type in your 4 digit pin when prompted and it will get you to a live rep. Their hours are 4am-11pm PST 7 days a week. Good luck!!
