I had this same problem in the past. I looked up information for you on how to reach a representative without listening to all the prompts.
Phone: 888-266-7848 How to reach a live person: Press 5Press 0
Press 1
Make sure that you give it a bit between each number press before you press the next number.

(Also, (this may be hard for some of you to understand, but it works) if you search Boost Mobile Media hotline-you will get a # that deals with media complaints like you see on the news, Boost Corp takes out blocks of #'s for their entire offices...so lets say the area code is 323-241-0000 all the way up to 323-241-9999 if you call all the #'s thru there you will get everyone that works for boost mobile and you can leave msg's. This is VERY time consuming!!! But it actually works. I had some major issues with boost 2yrs ago, did this for almost 5hrs, left about 75 messages, and had the VP of Boost Mobile call me from his cell. It will take you some time to search and find the media line #, I just searched for it, but couldn't find it and don't have the time. Good luck and hope that # gets you what you need.)
Today is 12/09/10....after some time boost will change the # b/c too many people will have called it. Good luck! :)

1) Call 1-866-402-7366
2) From the initial menu select Option 5 (charge disputes)
3) from option 5 choose "continue without changes" option 3
4) Wait to be connected.
***NOTE: In each selection, WAIT until all the options have been given to you, then make your selection. IF you don't, you won't be connected. If you press any number, any symbol or anything else, you will be disconnected! ***

This is where you play and say you've been on hold forever and was told you would be transferred to a "higher up" in the tech support dept. The rep will apologize and send you there immediately. I waited for about a minute and half max (the two times I tried this method) and got to a fully English speaking techie.
