How To Contact Customer Care To Re-boost My Phone After Phone# Change.
I paid my phone bill today then came home and changed my ph# thru customer care. After I followed their procedure to re-boot, I tried to call out on any number to make sure it was back working properly and this is the message I get everytime (no matter the number I dialed). Even 611 or 233: "Your account could not be validated. Please contact customer services". Customer care has no ph#.
