Hey there,
You can call Boost Mobile directly to change your phone number at:
1-866-402-7366
Representatives are available to assist you at the above number from 4am PST - 9pm PST 7 days a week.
The last time I checked the first phone number change was free, and thereafter it is $5.00 per change.
As a side note if you are changing the number do to telemarketer phone calls I would just add your name to the National Do Not Call Registry. Doing so will force these sales people to remove your number from their outgoing call lists.
