Camera Isn't Working, Have Phone Insurance

Have an epic 4g touch sii and the camera has stopped working. I open the app and it shows the controls but the picture is black and it won't take pictures. I tried most of the fixes posted online (clearing cache and data, clearing partition cache, force stopping, safe mode, rebooting, etc) and it still doesn't work. It also doesn't work in Skype. I have the insurance, what do I do to get this fixed? Can I take it into one of the stores with support, or what? I would rather not be without my phone or a phone. HELP!!

You should be able to bring it in to a Boost Mobile store and exchange it for a new phone.
