I Activated My Boost Mobile Phone Over My Hard Line And I Can't Get Any Service.

I have been trying to connect my phone to your service since the beginning of the month . I activated my account over my home phone and used my prepaid card of 50.00 for your unlimited monthly plan. However I still have no service and my phone is telling me my account balance is 0! how can that be when I can't even use my phone . Please how can I get my phone to work ? and if I can't get any service where I live than how can I return my phone and get my money back along with my monthly service money. Thank you
