Why I Get 3g When I Pay For 4g

I broke my galaxy s5 and bought the same kind a phone and actvated it and I only get 3g i called tech support. They said there system was under maintance for a week..It was almost a month and i called them again and they had me refresh my phone didnt work. I also did a hard reset and still nothing she said she was gonna fix it and it would take up to 48 hrs to take affect im still with the problem its going on the second month and nothing.. its not fixed yet and i have paid my bill for the second month for unlimited calls texts and data...I feel i should get some kind of refund or credit since im still gettinf 3g it sucks.I cant watch movies, videos, and the phone is slow..I havr been a boost customer for almost 4 yrz..Please fix this problem

Unfortunately there's nothing anyone here can do for you. This is just a Q&A site and it's not associated with Boost Mobile. I recommend calling Boost Mobile again and asking to talk to a supervisor.

well i also am with boost and i was told it depends on the area you are at whether you get 3G or 4G. sometime i recieve one or the other i always look at my phone when i am going from side of town to the other and sometimes 4G comes up.
