Call (Phone Company That Your With, Ex: Boost Mobile, Verizon, T-Mobile Etc.) Customer Service & They Will Connect You To A Customer Service Representative. Explain To Them That Your Phone Has Been Stolen, They Should Take You Thru The Necessary Steps Of Turning Your Phone Off (Until You Get Another One) Or Getting Another New Phone (If You Had/Have Insurance Or Warranty On It. Hope This Helps!
